About

In my early career as an Industrial Designer, I understood that products only made sense in the context of visible and invisible events, interactions and people.

I have 12 years of experience, asking the right questions, talking to people, envisioning better futures through services that solve real needs. I believe in human-centred design as the key enabler of innovation.

II have worked in-house and as a consultant for companies in the Technology, Oil & Gas and Financial industries.  I work very closely to business stakeholders, facilitating conversations to identify needs, prioritise efforts and ensure the delivery of interconnected services, not isolated products.
